In the second step of the Wizard the soil profiles for the project are defined. Soil profiles can be (re)composed, copied and deleted. You can find the definition of a soil profile in the section Methodology: Soil Profiles. In the right part of this screen, an overview of the different layers of the selected soil profile is shown.

A new soil profile can be created by right clicking on an empty spot in the 'List of defined soil profiles' and select 'New', or by clicking the 'New' button at the bottom of the soil profile overview panel.
The Soil Profile Editor screen will be opened. Here you can compose the soil profile. |
A soil profile can be edited (recomposed) by clicking the 'Edit Soil Profile...' button at the bottom of the soil profile overview panel.

A soil profile can be copied by clicking the 'Copy' button at the bottom of the soil profile overview panel. A copy of the soil profile will be added to the 'List of defined soil profiles'. |
A soil profile can be deleted by clicking the 'Delete' button when having the soil profile selected, or right click the soil profile in the 'List of defined soil profiles' and choose 'Delete'. A message will be given if the specific soil profile already has been assigned to an ident on the pipeline. |
