Detailed stresses over the circumference according to Mohr, Tresca, Von Mises, and Uniaxial stresses (Output Table)
Table description:
The output data table CSTRESS provides a list of detailed stresses over the circumference of the cross-section where calculations have been performed: Mohr, Tresca, Von Mises and uniaxial stresses.
The stresses are given in 48 equidistant points over the circumference of the cross-section (each 7.5°) starting at the intersection of the horizontal y-axis of the element coordinate system and the cross-section.
The stresses are the result of the summation of stress components resulted from the overall behaviour of the pipeline and the ring behaviour of the cross-section, taking into account the stress weighing factors if provided.
The table relates to the data on the last data line of the maximum stress table CSTRMAX.
Six data may appear in the table heading:
•number of element in which stresses have been calculated
•loadcase name
•line number of tables CSGEN/CSLOAD containing basic data for stress calculations
•indication whether or not stress weighing factors have been used
•indication that ovalisation redistribution has been applied
•phase number, if applicable.
For definition of the local y-axis, see coordinate system.
The cross-sections where the detailed stress calculations have to be performed are specified in the input data table SECTION.
The status of the additional output table depends on the specified allowable stress defined in the input data table SECTION.
