The working process of Multi Table functionalities (modes) in PLE can be divided into three steps:

1.Select the tables

2.Set the additional options

3.Specify the table output sequence (sequence layout)

These three steps are applicable to both the Print and Export modes but not to the Export mode that includes comparison data from the secondary database. The Export mode with additional comparison data consists of the first and second steps, the Create Template mode includes the first and last steps, and the Import mode includes only the first step. Please check out the Multi Table Modes section for more information.

The Multi Table functionalities are of interactive 'wizard' kind of functionalities that will guide you through each step of the process. However, it is not necessary to go through all the steps. The first step is mostly sufficient to finalise the Multi Table process. Default settings will be used for the remaining steps.

In this section, each step mentioned above will be further discussed. Since the basic actions of each step are practically the same, the screenshots used in this section are taken from the Multi Table Print mode.
