In addition to the Getting Started included in this help file, PLE also comes with a number of other useful tutorial projects. These tutorial projects can be found in PLE Sample projects folder files. By default, this folder is located in C:\Users\Public\Documents\PLE\Sample Projects. These projects can be opened and edited so one can experiment with the procedures described directly.

The following provides brief descriptions of the subjects covered in these tutorials:

•Road Crossing: pipeline crossing a road

These tutorial projects are saved as Educational PLE version projects. The Educational version of PLE is free to use and can be downloaded from the PLE download page.

Finally, EDS offers training in using the program. This is the most effective way to learn PLE. A beginners course takes two days, intermediate and advanced courses are also available. The course can be given as a group training as well as individual training. For more details, please contact EDS.
