Version 4.8.1

This software is provided by Expert Design Systems (EDS, the “owner”) pursuant to a Licence Agreement containing restrictions in its use. Furthermore, the General Terms and Conditions of EDS do apply. These can be downloaded from the Ple4Win website.

The software contains valuable trade secrets and proprietary information of the owner and is protected by the Copyright Act 1912 of The Netherlands and related international treaties. The software may not be copied, distributed, decompiled, monitored, debugged or reproduced in any form or by any means, disclosed to third parties, or used in any manner not provided for in said Licence Agreement, without the express written permission of the owner.

The professional version of the software cannot be used without the EDS hardware key or similar provisions, which form part of the software delivery and Licence Agreement. The restrictions in use directed under copyright apply to this hardware key as well. It is strictly forbidden to copy the key or simulate the function of the key in any way. Unauthorised use of the key will be treated as a violation of the Copyright Act 1912.

EDS makes no representation or warranties with respect to the proper functioning and technical contents of the software or documentation and specifically disclaims any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose other than stated in the said General Terms and Conditions and the Licence Agreement.

Further, EDS reserves the right to revise the software or related documentation and to make changes from time to time in the contents hereof without obligation of EDS to notify any person or organisation of such revisions or changes other than provided for in the General Terms and Conditions and the Licence Agreement.
